Brown: Conservatives ‘Greatly Appreciate’ Biden and Khan’s Reemergence

WASHINGTON – Following the return of former President Joe Biden and former Federal Trade Commission (FTC) Lina Khan to the public stage, Competitiveness Coalition Chair Scott Brown slammed the duo for attempting to airbrush the past and reminded Americans how the failed ‘Bidenomics’ agenda hurt working families.

In his first speech since departing the White House, Biden accused the second Trump Administration of causing “so much damage and so much destruction.” Biden’s remarks coincide with the non-stop media tour of Khan, who has been hitting networks like CNBC, CNN and more to defend her ideology of attacking great American companies.

“The Biden-Khan agenda drove inflation to record levels, forced businesses to cut good-paying jobs, and crushed American innovators as China hacked our infrastructure and ramped up its AI investments,” said Chair Scott Brown. “Conservatives greatly appreciate the reemergence of Joe Biden, who made democracy a pillar of his reelection until he was pushed out by his own party, and Lina Khan, who argued deviation from her antitrust ideas will ‘leave our democracy more brittle’ at a time when families couldn’t afford gas and groceries. Their left-wing, America Last policies were so successful that Democrats lost Congress, the White House and the overwhelming majority of America. The timing of Biden and Khan’s comeback couldn’t be a better reminder of why the last administration was such a colossal failure.”

For three years, the Competitiveness Coalition has been sounding the alarm on the FTC’s egregious overreach and concerning actions.
