WASHINGTON – In case you missed it, Competitiveness Coalition Chairman Ronna McDaniel joined FOX News’ America Reports to warn against the rise of the far-left economic agenda. McDaniel discussed how socialist policies championed by figures like New York City Mayor Zohran Mamdani, former Biden-era FTC Chair Lina Khan, and Michigan Senate candidate Abdul El-Sayed threaten American innovation, growth, and global competitiveness.
“It started in New York, Sandra, it started here (in New York City) with AOC. Then it blew up into Mamdani. He brought in Lina Khan who is now Mamdani’s economic developer. But let’s just talk about New York and what it’s done here…Florida just put up billboards here, naming Mamdani the Economic Developer of the Year for Florida. It drives people out of state. It drives businesses, jobs. It is not a winning formula. It’s not what our country needs, and I hope voters reject this.”
